The earliest projects during the 1960s were the acquisition, design and marketing of residential subdivisions containing hundreds of residential lots in the Sylvania, Miranda and Engadine districts.
During the latter part of the 1970s, the firm concentrated on the acquisition, refurbishment and redevelopment of blocks of units and their conversion to Strata Title.
With the advent of the 1980s development projects were undertaken involving the acquisition of land for industrial, commercial and retail use as well as sites for medium density housing and home unit projects.
The 1990s saw an age of transformation in the Project management of developments when we implemented a fully integrated approach to development and redevelopment services.
