Nerrida Payne
Born in the Sutherland Shire Nerrida attended MLC Burwood completing her Higher School Certificate in 1991. Nerrida commenced her career in real estate in 1992 and in 1998 completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economics at the University of Western Sydney Hawkesbury.
While Nerrida has a strong knowledge base in all facets of real estate her passion has been the project management of our residential projects. Nerrida is a member of The Australian Property Institute and The Real Estate Institute of NSW. Overall she strives to ensure professional standard and ethics are part of the Payne Pacific DNA.
