HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY?

I have enjoyed 14 fulfilling years in both commercial and residential sales as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Prior to this I was involved in managing commercial and business portfolios.

WHAT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT?

As each vendor and property is unique, the most exciting aspect of marketing and selling a property is also the most challenging; the individualised marketing, setting it apart from competitors. Respecting the different needs and wishes of each client whilst maintaining the integrity of the sale in doing the property justice will ultimately reap the reward.

I believe in a personal and hands-on approach that reflects my genuine  enthusiasm for every property thus constantly meeting the vendors' expectations.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT TO OTHER REAL ESTATE AGENTS?

Being born and bred in the Sutherland Shire and attending the local schools, I  have a strong attachment and clear understanding of what the shire has to offer.  Furthermore, my strong interest in finance and belief in the practical way it must inform vital decisions has  generated a different yet authentic and practical  style of  promoting the Shire’s attractions. This experience inevitably fosters authentic and practical concern in acutely meeting client’s needs.

CAN YOU OUTLINE  A DAY IN THE LIFE OF ANGELO FOURNARIS?

Every day is a new day! The main focus of the day is to act in the best interest of the vendors and match buyers with homes that suit their  lifestyle and needs. I treat my clients as individuals not just a number or a bulk email, so I devote a lot of my time to communicating with my vendors and contacting my prospective clients by  prospecting and networking.

Essentially, the events of the day can range from collecting a contract or meeting with a client’s support network out of area to opening of homes on demand outside designated open house times. I can find myself communicating with the council or liaising with other professionals to bring the best possible outcome for our clients.
