Valuations

Valuation of land and buildings is the corner stone of many property, lending and project decisions. Property is generally a client’s largest asset. Advice given must come from someone you know and trust who is acknowledged as a specialist in their field. Payne Pacific utilise one of the largest valuation teams within the Southern Districts of Sydney.

The valuation practice was commenced initially in conjunction with our real estate agency in 1967. Our principal, Sid Payne, carried out valuation work for both the Terminating Building Society and The Atomic Energy Commission. He also acted in the capacity of valuer and property consultant to an airline company and several multi national companies during the 60’s and 70’s.

The valuation practice was established in its own right in Cronulla in 1980 where it specialised in mortgage valuations for lending institutions. In 1990 the group was re-amalgamated at the Cronulla office, as S.C.Payne Property Consultants. The valuation division operated as an independent department within that company.

In 2002 the company moved to higher profile premises and was re-branded as Payne Pacific Real Valuations.

Clients who engage our services benefit from the efficiency that comes from technology, specialist skill, expert local knowledge and wealth of experience available in order to satisfy their needs. On average, our valuers would be considered some of the most experienced in Sydney. We remain committed to high standards and the result of our labour is evident through our continued referral work from satisfied clients.

Our in-house quality assurance, continued education and professional development ensure a well maintained skills base. It is our aim to provide a professional service to you. We do understand your property related requirements.

Our strong connection with valuation institutions includes the Australian Property Institute, The Australian Valuers Institute and the Valuers Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. Our valuations manager Glen Hamilton has served on the AVI Board for 4 years, contributing to the valuation industry.
