Sid was born in Hurstville and raised in the St. George area. He obtained his high school education in the 1950s at Canterbury High School. Completing the Real Estate licensing course in 1964, he went on to obtain his valuers licence through the Sydney University Extension Board Valuation Course in 1967.

Sid became very involved in the affairs of the Real Estate Institute and became President of the Cronulla Sutherland Branch during the 1970s and later was appointed as delegate to the Board of the Real Estate Institute of NSW. In 1974 he was admitted as a member of the Commonwealth Institute of Valuers, and pioneered the formation of the Southside Valuers Group of which he is a foundation member.

Sid is a Registered Valuer (licensed to value all forms of Real Estate) and a fully licensed Real Estate Agent. He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, an associate of the Institute of Consulting Valuers and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and its Australian counterpart, The Real Estate Institute of Australia.

Earlier in his career he valued for Permanent and Terminating Building Societies, Trustees lending solicitors, major financial institutions and banks. He has also acted in both valuation and consultancy roles on projects in Melbourne, Wollongong, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns.

During his career he has been responsible for the development of numerous residential subdivisions, project homes, villas, town house projects, home units, shopping centres and commercial buildings.

Presently Sid is devoting his energies to expanding the Project Management Division and Development side of the business.

Sid believes a firm eye should be kept on the changing business environment, while never losing focus of the need to provide the public with the best real estate service we possibly can.
