Born in the Sutherland Shire Nerrida attended MLC Burwood completing her Higher School Certificate in 1991.

Nerrida commenced her career in real estate on a part time basis (after leaving school) and in 1994 commenced full time employment with the firm.

In 1998 Nerrida completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economics at the University of Western Sydney Hawkesbury.

Nerrida is a member of the following industry bodies:
Real Estate Institute of NSW
The Institute of Consulting Valuers
Australian Property Institute
Australian Institute of Management and
The Real Estate Institute of NSW.

Nerrida aims to further her education towards a career in Project and Construction Management. Overall she strives for excellence in all facets of her life and the property profession.
