Glen was born in Bellingen on the NSW North Coast. After completing his HSC at Bellingen High School, Glen followed the family tradition and pursued a career in the property industry, completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) in 1997 at University of Western Sydney.

Glen started out as a trainee valuer in an inner city firm, before leaving the bright lights for the beaches of Cronulla in 1999 as a residential property valuer. Glen progressed through the company and took up the position of Valuations Manager in 2003. Glen has since gained invaluable commercial and industrial property valuation experience as well as having undertaken some interesting specialised property valuations.

Glen holds a position on the Board of the Australian Valuers Institute, is a member of the Australian Property Institute and a resident of the beautiful Sutherland Shire.
