In  the real estate industry, Christian has gained experience in all areas of real estate, developing a high degree of expertise in residential sales, commercial leasing and sales and project marketing.

From 1996 - 2008 Christian has served as the chairman of the St George and Sutherland Shire Division of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.

In 2002,  he became a director of the REINSW and in November 2011 was elected as President of the institute. Christian is also on the committee of the Real Estate  Employers Federation Committee (REEF) and is also serving on the NSW State Government’s Planning Implementation Advisory Committee.

As the general manager of Payne Pacific, Christian ensures the company adopts the best practise approach to real estate. The company benefits from staying at the forefront of change to the industry.

Christian is able to bring the generation ‘X’ approach to the business that is needed for businesses today along with good old fashion values.
