Alexis completed her HSC at De La Salle Cronulla in 1985. Following graduation, she joined Westpac as a Customer Service Officer, however after 2 years, broadened her horizons to work in the city, initially at KPMG and then various other finance organisations. She spent the next 14 years studying and moving up the corporate ladder to an office management role prior to leaving the workforce in 1999 to start a family.

Re-joining the part time workforce in 2002, Alexis also returned to study and completed her Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and Diploma of Business.

Alexis joined the Payne Pacific team in 2005 in a job share role as Valuation Co-ordinator. She is a dedicated member of staff, who takes pride in her work and as a Shire resident all her life, has genuine loyalty to the Sutherland Shire community.
